It's PJ day tomorrow! Students are welcome to wear a favorite pair of pajamas to school. They are also welcome to bring a small stuffy.

Last week we studied a famous artist named Piet Mondrian. He is best known for his abstract art made from lines and the primary colors. We created our own Mondrian inspired pieces using squares and rectangles. Here are just a few!

We began our day with a discussion about our weekends. So much to be excited for as Christmas gets closer!
In Music we are busy practicing for our concert next week. The evening show is on December 10th at 5:00. Parents are also welcome to attend the Dress Rehearsal in the afternoon which begins at 1:15. More parking, less crowded! Please let me know if you have any questions!
Our new words of the week are: every, people, once, family, should
In Math, we have been busy learning about 3D shapes. Tomorrow we will create a Prairie landscape using 3D shapes. Pictures to come! In Science we talked about our new topic, MAGNETS! We are excited to learn and explore with magnets!
